Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
34 oz Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
12 oz Cynar or other carciofo amaro
13 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
16 oz Brancamenta
3 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
4 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and float as garnish.

The 5 ml of Branca Menta literally dominates this. There's probably a better drink in here somewhere if you reduce that to 2.5 or 1.25. It's "ok" as is. I used Ransom Old Tom and Martini & Rossi Bitter.
