Serve in an Absinthe glass or old-fashioned glass
| 15 ml | Appleton Estate Reserve Blend |
| 45 ml | Cognac (brandy) |
| 7.5 ml | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur |
| 5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 4 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
