Ingredients:
34 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
34 oz Rhum Clément Créole Shrubb liqueur
34 oz Orange Curaçao liqueur
34 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge speared with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim speared with a maraschino cherry.

History:

Created in December 2024 by yours truly. A riff on the classic Houla Houla which is also spelt Hoola Hoola and Hula Hula, hence the name.
