Smoky Piña Porn Star Martini

Ingredients:

1 1⁄2 fresh	Passion fruit (fresh)
1 1⁄2 oz	Absolut Nights Smoky Piña
1⁄2 oz	Passoã passion fruit liqueur
1⁄2 oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄3 oz	Monin Vanilla Syrup
2 oz	Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
2. Prepare garnish of float half passion fruit..
3. Wash and cut 2 fresh passion fruits in half.
4. SCOOP out the seeds and flesh from 3 of the passion fruit halves into your shaker.
5. Add the next 4 ingredients (all but the sparkling wine).
6. SHAKE with ice.
7. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
8. Float the remaining passion fruit half for garnish.
9. Optionally, separately POUR the sparkling wine into a chilled shot glass to serve alongside the cocktail.
