Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Fig liqueur (crème de figue)
13 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of fresh fig.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh fig.

Delicious - but on the sweet side - so if you like drier drinks maybe go easy on the sugar syrup and taste!
