Ingredients:
2 oz Blanc quinquina/kina (e.g. Mattei Cap Corse, Bonal or Kina L'Aér
12 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
14 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered Fragata Green Olive.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with skewered olive.

Just switched the tequila to 60ml, Bonal 15ml, Suze 7.5. "Tequila martini anyone?", said the gentleman.
