Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Strucchi Dry Vermouth
15 ml Peach Jack
5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
50 ml Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
40 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
1.25 ml Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water)
