Ingredients:

2 oz	Absolut Wild Berri Vodka
1 oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 oz	Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1⁄2 oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
2 dash	Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered seasonal berries.

How to make:

3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
4. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

6. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
7. Garnish with skewered berries.
