Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 unit Kiwi fruit (fresh)
50 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine
25 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
