| 1 1⁄3 oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
| 1⁄4 oz | Bigallet Thym |
| 1⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3 1⁄2 oz | Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
- Prepare garnish of thyme sprig.
- POUR all ingredients into glass.
- Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.
- Garnish with thyme sprig.
