Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Jinro 25 Soju
15 ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
4 fresh Mint leaves
