Ingredients:
1 fl oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
56 fl oz Italian red bitter liqueur
4 fl oz Fig Leaf Soda chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of fresh fig slice.

How to make:

  1. POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
  2. FILL glass with ice.

Tried this with the Lustau Vermut and Martini Riserva Bitter as a late night long drink on a warm summer night.
I do like my drinks on the tart side and this is excellent - the tonic provides a slight sweetness and hint of something (sorry its on the tip of my tongue ).

Made buying the tonic a good buy.
