| 35 ml | Mount Gay Eclipse Rum |
| 15 ml | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
| 20 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 10 ml | Eager Apple Juice |
| 1⁄8 cupful | Blueberries (fresh) |
| 1.25 ml | Fee Brothers Rhubarb bitters |
