60 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
22.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
6 unit | Mint leaves |
2 drop | Fee Brothers Celery bitters |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
15 ml | Faccia Brutto Centerbe |
22.5 ml | Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water) |
30 ml | Green apple purée |
