Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
34 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Wasn’t immediately sold but it settled nicely. Campari and grapefruit are classic. Cognac and lemon are classic. The salt is a lovely touch. Does it all come together? Might need another one to be sure…
