Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 13 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
56 oz Elderflower liqueur
1 13 oz Chardonnay (Chablis) white wine
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I like the left bank martini and wanted to try something longer. This is very refreshing as a summer aperitif. Would be also very nice with a Prosecco or sparkling white wine.

Loved this. The Elderflower enhanced the herbal tastes of the gin. The wine adds a bit of grape softness. Nicely on the dryer side and perfect in the afternoon or before dinner.

I would prefer the cocktail a bit less sweet, a.e. 3cl Elderflower/ 6cl Chablis

Agreed! I've cut back the elderflower and also reduced the overall volume to better fit glass.
