Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
35 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
15 ml Italicus liqueur
7.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12.5 ml Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
5 ml 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
1 swath Lemon peel
12.5 ml Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
