3⁄4 oz | Chinola Mango Liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄6 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
1⁄3 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled |
As the name suggests, this is a mango-flavoured Mojito, and it's deliciously fruity with minty lime freshness.
Recipe by yours truly in March 2025 using the newly available Chinola Mango Liqueur.
