Ingredients:
12 fresh Mint leaves
1 12 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
34 oz Chinola Mango Liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
13 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
  3. POUR first 4 ingredients to glass and two-thirds filled with crushed ice.
  4. CHURN and add more crushed ice so the cocktail fills the glass.
  5. TOP with soda.
  6. Garnish with mango wedge.

As the name suggests, this is a mango-flavoured Mojito, and it's deliciously fruity with minty lime freshness.
