Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine chilled
1 23 oz Chinola Mango Liqueur
2 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select a Flute glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
  3. POUR first 2 ingredients into chilled glass and briefly stir.
  4. POUR the rest of the sparkling wine into glass.
  5. Garnish with mango wedge on rim.

Created in March 2025 by yours truly. Yes, I know a Mimosa should be served over ice, but it's better without, and Mango Mimosa sounds so much better than a Manco Fizz.
