Ketel One, Cocchi Americano, St. Germain... I was looking for an excuse to use the celery bitters I inexplicably bought awhile back... Wow did this far exceed my expectations. (15 Jun 2023, 11:19a)

With Lillet Blanc and a French organic vodka instead, it retains a bold but standard goodness (... I prefer the above combo, though it is a bit more forte e amaro) (13 Nov 2024, 6:30p)

A dash of absinthe is a very welcome addition if you also fear the drink might lack a touch of complexity

As stated a vodka-tini style drink but a decent light drink for what it is. Added some other bitters (Moondog Bitteredsling) to add a wee bit more depth to it.
