2 spoon Runny honey
1 shot Rutte Dry Gin BUY
Top up with Prosecco sparkling wine (or Champagne)

How to make:

STIR honey with gin in base of shaker until honey dissolves. ADD other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Mint sprig in top of hulled strawberry

Comment:

Light and delicate, a great aperitif cocktail.

Origin:

Adapted from a cocktail promoted in 2013 by Bols, the Dutch liqueur producer, to promote their honey liqueur which can be used in place of runny honey.
