Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass
90 ml | BarSol Acholado Pisco |
22.5 ml | Yacon syrup |
30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Passion fruit juice |
30 ml | Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
2 dash | Orange blossom water / Orange flower water |
3 drop | Vanilla extract/essence |
