Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
90 ml BarSol Acholado Pisco
22.5 ml Yacon syrup
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Passion fruit juice
30 ml Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
2 dash Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
3 drop Vanilla extract/essence
