| 35 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 25 ml | Hayman's Sloe Gin |
| 10 ml | BarSol Quebranta Pisco |
| 25 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
| 15 ml | Egg white |
| 1 barspoon | Orange marmalade |
| 1 barspoon | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water) |
