Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
23 oz Solerno Liqueur
1 oz Blood orange juice
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (US)
2 dash Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Lovely balance of flavours between sweet and tangy. Packed with orange flavours and a real treat.

Ingredient list ought to be updated, as it’s currently identical to standard Opal even though commentary seems to indicate that it’s made with blood orange juice v standard orange, but who knows what else changed?
