Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
4 whole Gooseberries (fresh fruit)
15 ml Lillet Blanc
7.5 ml Giffard Orgeat Syrup
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
1 fresh Mint leaves
