Ingredients:
34 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
34 oz Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
34 oz Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry
12 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
1 dash Boker's bitters optional
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) optional
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Loved this! We made it with Sky Wave Old Tom Gin and Sky Wave Grapefruit Bitters (because we make them!), but everything else was as per the recipe. It was fabulous!
