45 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
25 ml | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
25 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
10 ml | Bols Yoghurt Liqueur |
1.25 ml | Orange blossom water / Orange flower water |
100 ml | Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water |
1 gram | Fresh thyme |
