Ingredients:
1 inch Cucumber (fresh)
2 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of cucumber ribbon.
  3. MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
  4. Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. TOP with soda and briefly stir.
  7. Garnish with cucumber ribbon around inside of glass.

I would be very surprised to hear this is laced with gin when there's no gin in the recipe :)
