a Sling glass...
fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
fl oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
fl oz Benedictine D.O.M.
fl oz Triple sec liqueur
½ fl oz Fresh pressed pineapple juice
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
Top up with Soda (club soda)

How to make:

SHAKE first 9 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and lightly stir.

Garnish:

Lemon slice & cherry on stick (sail)

Comment:

This doesn’t follow classic ‘Singapore Sling’ proportions or ingredients, nor does it follow what the modern day Raffles day hotel claims is the original formula, but it steals elements from all of these to produce a tall, fruity, balanced cocktail.
