Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
34 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
16 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
4 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge on rim.

History:

The Snaquiri and concept of mini-Daiquiris dates back to at least 2010, when Karin Stanley coined the name at Summit Bar in Manhattan, New York City. This version by yours truly.
