1 fl oz Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
1 1/2 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur

How to make:

POUR chilled soda water into an ice-filled glass. Add freshly brewed hot espresso coffee so it layers on the sparkling water. Lastly, pour the mandarin liqueur (the tasty part of the Bonaparte), which will sink through the coffee layer, pulling the drink together while leaving the coffee's crema on the surface.
