| 45 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 40 ml | Cucumber juice (freshly extracted) |
| 1 pint | Balsamic vinegar of Modena |
| 5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
