How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. FLOAT drizzle of Islay malt on the surface of the drink.
1 1/2 fl oz | Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky |
1 fl oz | Fino sherry |
1/4 fl oz | Yellow Chartreuse liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Warninks Advocaat liqueur |
1/24 fl oz | Islay single malt Scotch whisky |

Review:
Creamy and complex Christmassy cocktail. Fino sherry dries, Scotch whisky provides backbone and character while advocaat adds dairy-like creaminess. Chartreuse monastic liqueur adds faint religious significance – drink after all Christmas is meant to celebrate the birth of Christ.
