- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of mini Christmas pudding/cake.
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- FLOAT drizzle of peated whisky.
- Garnish with skewered mini Christmas pudding/cake.

Creamy and complex Christmassy cocktail. Fino sherry dries, Scotch whisky provides backbone and character while advocaat adds dairy-like creaminess. Chartreuse monastic liqueur adds faint religious significance – drink after all Christmas is meant to celebrate the birth of Christ.
