Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
10 ml De Kuyper Apricot Brandy liqueur
30 ml Apricot Purée
20 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
10 ml Balsamic vinegar of Modena
4 drop Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
