| 50 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 10 ml | Hayman's Sloe Gin |
| 15 ml | Honey syrup (1 honey to 1 water) |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 5 ml | Vaccari Sambuca |
| 80 ml | White tea (cold) |
| 1 1⁄4 fresh | Plum (stoned & peeled) |
