Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml Akashi-Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu
15 ml Blossoms Passionfruit Syrup
12.5 ml Citric acid (10%) solution
20 ml Eager Pink Grapefruit Juice
4 drop The Japanese Bitters Sakura Bitters
