50 ml | Hayman's Sloe Gin |
30 ml | Pear juice (freshly pressed) |
30 ml | Verjuice |
5 dash | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
20 ml | Cardamom sugar syrup |
10 ml | Oolong tea |
