Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
10 ml Honey infused with Szechuan pepper
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
60 ml Green tea (cold)
1.25 ml Bob's Cardamom bitters
15 ml Apricot syrup
