Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2.5 ml La Maison Fontaine Blanche
2.5 ml Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur
2 drop May Chang (Litsea Cubeba) oil
2 drop 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
45 ml Pear juice (freshly pressed)
