| 45 ml | Hayman's Sloe Gin |
| 15 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 30 ml | De Kuyper Elderflower Liqueur |
| 60 ml | Raspberry juice |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 swath | Lime zest (peel) |
| 7.5 ml | Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder |
