| 40 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 5 ml | Jalapeño brine from pickled jalapeños |
| 5 ml | Green olive brine |
| 5 ml | Pickle juice/brine/vinegar from pickled cucumber/gherkin |
| 20 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 25 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
