Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Ginger juice
20 ml Beesou Honey Aperitif
15 ml Honey
5 drop 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
