40 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
15 ml | Hayman's Sloe Gin |
7.5 ml | Cocchi Americano Bianco |
1 barspoon | La Maison Fontaine Blanche |
7.5 ml | Fig liqueur (crème de figue) |
5 dash | Bob's Lavender Bitters |
7.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
5 drop | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
