Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Rye Whiskey
7.5 ml Cointreau triple sec liqueur
15 ml Rich Demerara Syrup
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
2 whole Green cardamom pods
3 dash Fee Brothers Cardamom Bitters
