| 22.5 ml | Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery |
| 7.5 ml | Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu |
| 15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Single cream/half-and-half |
| 3.8 ml | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
