Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
30 ml Bigallet China China Amer
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
5 leaf Sage leaves
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 fresh Egg white
