30 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
25 ml | Italicus liqueur |
30 ml | Aperol Aperitivo |
25 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1.25 ml | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
5 leaf | Basil leaves |
2 cupful | Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe) |
17.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
