Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
25 ml Italicus liqueur
30 ml Aperol Aperitivo
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1.25 ml 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
5 leaf Basil leaves
2 cupful Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
17.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
