| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 7.5 ml | Cocchi Americano Bianco |
| 1 fresh | Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe) |
| 15 ml | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
