Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
10 ml Smith & Cross Pot Still Jamaican rum
10 ml Campari Bitter liqueur
20 ml Giffard Creme de Peche
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
