Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
12 oz Elderflower liqueur
12 oz Blood orange juice
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
1 oz Rosé champagne
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dehydrated blood orange wheel.
  3. SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
  4. TOP with sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with orange slice.

Excellent cocktail. Just served it up with our tapas supper - great match. Had to improvise though as did not have blood orange juice nor rose bubbly. Instead used regular orange juice and made the drink pink with grenadine syrup as well as the orange bitters. Topped it up with very fine sparkling wine from the BURNT HOUSE winery in Suffolk. Delicious cos my wife said so!!!

This is a very good cocktail. Great for the holidays. Will play with the ingredients to make a variation.
